Equipment inspections for excavation contractors

For excavation and site work contractors

Excavators, dozers and dump trucks are expensive to run and more expensive to have sitting. Small leaks and loose pins get worse on a job site, so the best time to catch them is before the first bucket.

Every machine, every morning

Each machine has its own checklist: hydraulic hoses, pins and bushings, undercarriage, swing and travel, seat belt and cab. Safety-critical items are marked, and failing one flags the machine down.

Damage with proof

Operators attach photos when they report damage, with the date, the person and the hours. That helps when a rental company or insurer asks what happened and when.

Service on the hours meter

Set an interval per machine and see what is due or overdue on one calendar. Hours come from the operator at inspection time, so the maintenance dates stay honest.

What it costs

Plans start at $39 a month for up to 5 machines, and operators never pay. The first 14 days are free and need no card. Set-up takes about 10 minutes: add your machines, print the stickers, and put them on.
